I've played this game before and I give it 7 out of 10 overall... as far as graphics goes I’d give this game 6.5, sound a nice 7, overall gameplay (controls, commands, etc.) I’d give it 7.5 out of 10.
I enjoyed this game but hopefully will be able to "beat" it because the last time I had it I never finished it.
The character basis of this game is pretty good, but I've seen better. Don’t get me wrong I’m down with the old school look as far as this one goes... like the first one this game keeps a nice flow of gameplay. In other words it doesn't really change or just really didn't change from what the first one had and what not.
I've heard from others that this game was and quote "a fantastic role playing anime game filled with fantastic graphics and an in-depth storyline." of which I can say that I agree. From comments I see that many of the people enjoyed this game like myself. I’d have to agree with Qwitchrbitchin on the fact that this game is pretty much as easy as they come by and that most ones that are out are somewhat "hard", but not too hard to understand. Of which now brings me to my next point.
It does the game good that its in English and not in some weird language (note I’m not hating on any kind of language, what so ever!!!). Anyways back to the game.... from what I've got to in the game the story seems to somewhat keep me going for more mainly because it keeps on throwing out "curve balls" such as them (other female characters) falling for the main player and what not.
I haven’t really beat the first one yet but I know for a fact that I’m in the last part of the game, and hopefully beat it before I start playing this follow up. Mainly because it’s what I do and I just don't like playing another game without beating the first one. If you liked playing this as much as I did then you'll also enjoy the first one do to it being the same kind of platform...
As a fan of any kind of video games I would recommend this to the next game fanatic. Something new yet old looking at the same time... what a great combo. lol
I just hope that many that play this game enjoy it as much as I did. |
