As you probably will know the story about Jack the Ripper, the mysterious murderer in London, I won't get into that. But the only way to experience this game is by playing it.
Its story is really similar to the legend of Jack the Ripper and that makes this game a historical adventure. You're the detective and you will have to solve the Jack the Ripper mystery.
The best thing about this game is that you're really a detective, you will have to gather pieces of evidence and time also plays a very important role in this game. |

There are travel times and more, which makes you want to think alot about what could have happened, so that you don't need to travel too much.
The murders are commited while playing the game, so you will have to keep your eyes and ears open and if you do, this could be the best adventure game you've ever played! |

Jack the Ripper is based in the 19th century in England where that was a man capable of killing over and over again without ever being caught. His name became Jack the Ripper. As the player you will be taking the roll of a Scotland Yard detective who is on the trail of the famous killer. You will be taking part in conversation with suspects, highlighting important information that could be of any value to the case. By the end of the game your character believes there is enough evidence and starts to piece the clues together to finally catch Jack the Ripper.
You will be using the actual clues and evidence to assemble a case after years of horrid research that has been done. Now you will be able to solve the infamous mystery that many have attempted over the years. You will be traveling around London locations in search of clues and interview over a hundred actual people and suspect.
There isn’t any type of typing or complicated things that you will need to solve the mystery. You will have a click and drag interface that will allow you to arrange the information that you uncover during your travels. Some of the information may not take you exactly where you expected them to so be careful. There are three different levels of difficulty and multiple solutions that will keep you thinking and playing for a long period of time.
Jack the Ripper has been developed from the actual murder. You will be taken to actual murder locations and haunts of Jack the Ripper from lost photographs and blue prints that allow the recreation to take place. With this game being based on real life occurrences you can just imagine how interactive it can be. With the option to communicate with characters based on real life people you are learning what actually happened.
The graphics are colorful and beautiful! The locations you venture to and see are actual places and look quite realistic to the real place. For a game based on a true story there is no way you will want to stop playing. Once you get into the game you will want to discover if Jack the Ripper has been discovered or if he’ll be haunting you in your sleep. With there being multiple situations that could change every time you play, you never know how Jack the Ripper is going to end, or if it will! I love this challenging and enjoyable game! If you don’t play it I recommend do it immediately! |
